Zeker de kring sessie met de telefoon als “spraakpaal”; vond ik apart en bijdragen aan de gehele discussie over het team. Pam faciliteerde hierin heel goed. With regard to the contribution of Pam, I liked how she created an open atmosphere, where everybody could speak / dream openly about how the ideal team could look like. I also liked the out of the box thinking.This would never have succeeded without her. The "magical cards" was a little bit too much for me, however it was good for the out of the box thinking and stimulated the creativity. | |
